An original pioneer of and probably the most responsible for the modern era of gyroplanes ... creator of the Bensen gyrocopter and owner of Bensen Aircraft Corporation (no longer operational).

Ken Brock

Ken took the gyroplane to bold new levels. He once flew his KB-2 gyroplane coast-to-coast and performed for many years at EAA and PRA events including: Oshkosh, Sun 'n Fun, PRA Mentone, and other major events.  One of the best - best pilot, best person, best friend.

O. B. Brown

O. B. Brown

O.B. flew gyroplanes in the 1960s. There are photos of him on a gyroglider with pontoons. He also was a private pilot and belonged the the MCG Pilot's Club. He stopped flying about 15-20 years ago but in recent years he built his Challenger I ultralight which he flew to several flying club events, both EAA 172 and the rotorcraft club he belonged to, PRA Chapter 13.
